Help needed
Dec. 22nd, 2009 12:42 amSo I came on here to make a blog post and catch up on you guys, but I saw this upcoming Drive For Life pit bulls transport and decided to make a plea instead.
You, your car, and your heart are needed to help me and Drive For Life pull off a double-Staffie rescue transport. We're trying to get two 2-year-old Staffie (pit bull) dogs from Cali across the country. One is going from to a rescue group in Minnesota, one to an adoptive home in Georgia. Drive For Life's volunteers move animals via car by relay -- most legs are 1 to 2 hours, following a set path and schedule. Both dogs are approx 40 pounds, neutered/spayed, and have current shots.
